Mr Matt James

An inspirational surgeon who wants to empower us all to take steps to prevent poor health. Matt has over 20 years of specialist surgical experience.

He is a former clinical director at St Thomas’ hospital and is a trainer of hand surgery for the Royal College of Surgeons.

He is passionate about the five pillars of good health, covering  sleep, hormesis, mindfulness, diet and exercise and can provide in-depth analysis and measurement of our sleep, biome and genetics.

Dr Victoria Burmester

Victoria is a neuropsychologist in the Brain Science team at Imperial College London, with research interests in emotion regulation, stress, and social connection.  She is interested in the practical application of science to human wellbeing. 

Victoria originally trained as a professional opera singer, and she has worked in large companies combining music and psychology to deliver effective team building workshops.

Tania Brown

Tania has been leading yoga classes in South London and internationally for 18 years. She has a unique ability to inspire a deeper understanding of the flow of breath, movement and the mindful connections of yoga.

Her teaching emphasis is on the power of the breath to manage and open the body, postural alignment, yogic philosophy and the integration of yoga principles into daily life. She is passionate about promoting health, vitality and wellbeing through yoga, but in an enjoyable and fun way!

Richard Taylor

Richard has been an executive coach since 2018. He previously worked at Cancer Research for 18 years where he became the executive director of fundraising, marketing and communications. In that time, he successfully rebranded the organisation and lifted their annual revenues from £200m pa to over £500m. He was responsible for over 2000 staff and some 20,000 volunteers which helped make CRUK the largest and most successful fundraising charity in the UK. 

He moved to Macmillan Cancer Support in 2015 where he held a similar position taking responsibility for their fundraising, brand and marketing activity. He is also a Trustee for the Tony Elischer Foundation and advisor to Guy’s and St Thomas’s Charity.
